• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any course materials
• Download or copy course materials except where explicitly permitted
• Share login credentials or course access with others
• Use course materials for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials
• Record, screenshot, or capture live sessions without permission

User-Generated Content

By submitting assignments, posts, or other content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for educational and administrative purposes.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

13. Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

Easystudy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

16. Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easystudy concerning your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
